The 22" long necklace has cylinder-shaped
onyx links with yellow-gold end caps. From this is suspended a
30mm diameter pendant. The earrings have a 16.5mm diameter
matching design with an onyx sphere and tapered dangle beneath
(total length 37.5mm). The pierced-style earrings have a hinged
curved wire. The 41.5mm pendant has not only the yellow-gold
designs but green-gold for the leaves that decorate the edge.
Granulated surface textures are used on all foliate patterns. Mint

Blackamoor & 18K Brooch With Precious Stones C. 1875:
The Blackamoor design are actually that of
Venetian moors, the dark skinned Italians with very distinctive
attributes. This example is a well dressed gentleman and the
overall size is 1-1/4" x 2-1/2". This is very scarce and rare
because of the design itself, that include this gentleman's well
decorated vest coat. Most of the Blackamoor designs consist of
only a head motif and hair and hat or cap ornamentation. This near
mint condition piece features twenty-eight rose-cut diamonds, nine
rubies, eight emeralds, one sapphire and one garnet. Decor on his
coat and turbine are also graced with micro-fine engraving. Weighs
12.9 dwts., an extremely rare important jewelry piece!
