Domestic Orders: We charge $9.95 shipping for US orders, International orders are calculated by our actual cost to ship the item to you. This amount includes insurance. All orders are shipped insured for their full value. Most orders within the US are shipped via UPS. International orders: are shipped via UPS only. UPS is the only way to ship an international package insured. Customers that request us to ship an International package by United States Postal System (USPS) must be aware that Ashland will not be held responsible if a package is lost. Everyone: All orders are processed within 24 hours from receipt of payment and customers generally receive within 7 - 10 days of ordering.
